French President Nicolas Sarkozy and German Chancellor Angela Merkel agreed on a joint approach ahead of an EU summit, which risked being wrecked by disagreements over how to deal with Greece, struggling to overcome its financial problems.

Таки МВФ...Меркель продавила свою позицию и Саркози уже готов. Только в крайнем случае Греция что-то получит, двусторонняя помощь возможна, но как дополнение к кредитам МВФ. Курировать помощь МВФ должна Еврозона. Пока это не окончательно, но именно то, что хотела Меркель
